A Vibrant New Gathering Space in East Fenway

The Boston Transportation Department has installed a new pedestrian plaza in front of Whole Foods in East Fenway. The plaza serves people of all ages, providing an opportunity to relax, dine outdoors and have fun. The Fenway Alliance in partnership with the Fenway Civic Association has collaborated with the City of Boston transportation Department to manage the event calendar for the New Edgerly Plaza.

Junkyard Plaza

As part of Junkyard Plaza, Multidisciplinary artist Abria Smith brings selections from her poetry collection, Somebody Soup, to life through spoken-word performance, accompanied by bassist, percussionist, educator, and composer Ron Reid.

Boston Bike Nation

Join Boston Bike Nation in the Fenway/Mission Hill area’s first not-for-profit bike repair space. Tools will be provided for free and volunteer mechanics will be available to assist. Connect with neighbors and local community through personal empowerment, and live music!

Fall Festival

Join us at Fenway Forward’s Fall Festival to welcome the new season! We’ll celebrate by creating nature stamp designs with Ginjer, playing yard games, eating some autumn-themed treats, and enjoying live music by Simon Davis! Free and open to all :) This event was made possible by the City of Boston's Fenway/Kenmore Impact Grant
