A Vibrant New Gathering Space in East Fenway

The Boston Transportation Department has installed a new pedestrian plaza in front of Whole Foods in East Fenway. The plaza serves people of all ages, providing an opportunity to relax, dine outdoors and have fun. The Fenway Alliance in partnership with the Fenway Civic Association has collaborated with the City of Boston transportation Department to manage the event calendar for the New Edgerly Plaza.

Klezmer Street Party with Itay Dayan @ New Edgerly Plaza

Get ready to move and groove in Fenway! Join us at New Edgerly Plaza for a high-energy street party that will have the whole neighborhood on its feet.

Featuring a live band playing Eastern European music, this event is all about coming together. Whether you're all about dancing or just love a good listen, these sounds are guaranteed to make your evening special.

Never tried folk dancing? No problem! We’re bringing in a professional dance leader to teach super simple dances. No experience or partner required, just bring your energy and participate in whatever way feels good to you.

Come for the music, stay for the community, and let’s turn the plaza into the ultimate neighborhood celebration. See you there!

In collaboration with the Huntington Avenue YMCA, join us for a free Tai Chi class on the New Edgerly Plaza. Open to all, no prior registration required.

Browse a curated mix of vendors offering vintage clothing, unique trinkets, handmade goods, and original art, all while enjoying free live music from local musicians.
