How To Get Around

Travel on Foot
Walking offers the best, and easiest way to discover the Fenway Cultural District. Take children and friends with you on foot, up and around Massachusetts Avenue, the Avenue of the Arts, The Fenway and The Riverway on an unparalleled journey. If you feel like exploring with seasoned travelers, join one of the many scheduled tours.

Take The T
The kick off at New England Conservatory’s Jordan Hall is a short walk from the “T” Green line train (Symphony or Northeastern stop). Travel on the “E” line is free at street level going Outbound, and other events are accessible via the Museum of Fine Arts and Longwood stops, as well as via the MBTA #39 bus service.

Getting To and Around the Fenway Cultural District

The Fenway is a convenient area to get to by Subway, Commuter Rail, Bus, or Car. However, it is important to plan ahead so that you know where it would be best for you to get off public transit or to park your car. Public Transit

The Fenway Cultural District can be easily accessed by the following subway lines: Green Line- E branch, Green Line- D branch and Orange Line, as well as the Commuter Rail. Bus routes CT1; 39; 8; 47; CT2; CT3; 66; 15; 19; 22; 23; 28; 42; 43; 44 & 45 also serve this area and connect with the T stations.
